Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved


• Maintenance of systems adequate to meet all legal and internal management requirements for recording the Company's financial transactions


• Contribute to strategic business planning and development as a member of the senior management team, including in areas of contract negotiations and compliance


• Provision of information as may be required by the various public authorities and stakeholders in the Company


• Overall responsibilities for cash flow management, banking, insurance, contracts and agreements, assistance in corporate level negotiations and dealings with major supplier/customer/partners/regulatory bodies, and approvals
